STEPS TO USE CANOPEO

Download the Canopeo App and set up your account.
Capture a downward-facing photo of the vegetative canopy with your mobile device. For optimal results, maintain a distance of at least 0.6 meters (2 feet) from the top of the canopy.
In the subsequent screen, compare the color image with the processed image to ensure accurate identification of green pixels by the default settings. Green pixels in the original image should align with white pixels in the processed image. Use the adjustment slider if needed to correct any discrepancies – generally, default settings provide precise canopy cover estimates.
Incorporate notes related to the image, such as crop type, planting date, vegetation height, among others, before uploading both images and associated data to your personalized account.
Access your account through a web browser to review images, search for specific images, or visualize all images on a map.
